Her teaching journey includes prestigious institutions such as Hillwood College, Sussex, Mowbrey in Kandy, and Carey College in Colombo, where her adaptable teaching methods have met the needs of diverse student populations.

Ms. Kushantha’s achievements are a testament to her commitment and expertise. She holds an LRSM diploma in music performance for piano, signifying her advanced proficiency, alongside completing the IWMS exams in both piano and singing, including an IWMS diploma in singing.
